Feeling fatigued, burnout, overwhelmed, or even confused are very common issues my clients describe as their chief complaint. These symptoms may have underlying causes that lead to the need to seek healing and the wish to carve one’s own path in life in a safe and caring environment. I have extensive experience working with individuals who want to understand and overcome their issues related to addiction, codependency, trauma, relational trauma, self-doubt, depression, anxiety, toxic guilt and shame. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and tailor our treatment to best meet their needs. I use a framework that is insight-oriented that helps the client become more aligned with who they truly are, and want to be, and to create space for autonomy and connection. I am also trained in EMDR, with the EMDR Institute, which is an empirically validated treatment for trauma and an interactive psychotherapy technique used to relieve psychological stress.

I attended California State Northridge and earned a degree in Psychology and earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, at Antioch University Los Angeles, with an emphasis in Marriage, and Family Therapy. I have 5 years of experience providing quality therapeutic services to children and adolescents between the ages of 6-18 and adults between the ages of 18-65 as well as their families. I’m here to support you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. I offer therapy in both English and Greek, in person or via secure TeleHealth (video conferencing).
