As your therapist I am here to help you through your journey of examination and discovery. I will serve as your coach, provide guidance and hope to empower you in meeting your preferred goals. I value cultural humility, inclusivity and the right to self-determination. If you are looking for someone who is collaborative, easy-going and compassionate, then my style may suit you!

I have eleven years of experience providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and my Master of Social Work with a Mental Health Concentration from the University of Southern California. Throughout my career I have received additional training and certifications which have equipped me to provide evidence/research-based treatment. For those of you who are parents considering support for your children, I have experience working in a school setting and have served as an advocate for children with Individualized Education Plans, Section 504 Plans and am knowledgeable on legislations pertaining to your student’s educational rights. In addition to private practice I manage a school-based mental health program.
