About

I am a bilingual speaking (English/Croatian) marriage and family therapist. I work with individuals, couples, youths, adults, and families of all ethnic backgrounds, religions, and sexual orientations. I have extensive experience assisting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, internal conflicts, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, family and marital conflicts. I utilizes a variety of treatment modalities based on what each person needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Practices, Brainspotting Therapy, and Gottman Couples Modality.

I am committed to helping people live to their fullest potential. You may be impacted by daily stressors that bring about anxiety, depression, and loss of motivation. You may feel stuck and unable to move forward in achieving more in your life, or wonder what is your purpose. I commend you on your bravery in deciding to look inside and contribute to your personal-internal growth.

It works on deeper levels of the brain where trauma is remembered and affects your daily life.
  • Level 3 Practicum Trained in Gottman Method for Couples Therapy: John and Julie Gottman have developed interventions that increase intimacy, respect, and affection in a relationship while disarming conflicting verbal communication.
