I am a bilingual speaking (English/Croatian) marriage and family therapist. I work with individuals, couples, youths, adults, and families of all ethnic backgrounds, religions, and sexual orientations. I have extensive experience assisting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, internal conflicts, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, family and marital conflicts. I utilizes a variety of treatment modalities based on what each person needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Practices, Brainspotting Therapy, and Gottman Couples Modality.

Brainspotting helps with processing the emotions and traumas that are stuck in your body through aches, pain, anxiety, depression, flashbacks, and performance anxiety.
