At the Department of Psychiatry, Kaiser South Bay Medical Center I treat patients combining different modalities such as psychodynamic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapies, motivational interviewing and harm reduction. I am able to see all ages and family configurations. I run groups using dialectical behavioral therapy.

I provide psychosocial support to cancer patients and their families in the outpatient setting. Clinical modalities used include adjustment to illness, mindfulness, palliative care, psychoeducation about treatment and pain management, grief and loss counseling and end of life work.

I provide comprehensive assessments and treatment to patients of all ages and their families suffering from a terminal illness. Conduct bereavement groups for survivors. Provide case management to persons affected by HIV and AIDS, addiction and mental illness. Provide counseling to patients and worked closely with psychiatric team.
